Just purchased an E2500 N600. Internet speed tests show 1.5 mg d/l when testing through the router, but are 6.5 mg when the pc connected directly to my modem. Have used 3 different speed test sites. My laptop shows slow 1.5 mg through the router. How can I get better speeds. Running Win 10. I was originally looking at the Linksys E1200 N300 but after looking at the specifications I went with the Linksys E2500 N600. The major difference between E1200 and the E2500 is that the E2500 is dual band.
